Been thinking about making a Will or the ‘ins and outs’ of organising Lasting Power of Attorney?

Edward Rees of Lanyon Bowdler is offering free legal surgeries with  SAND referral.

The surgeries are free sessions where Edward or another expert from the Lanyon Bowdler Private Client team will be able to listen and discuss the issues that you bring. He will then be able to give you options for what you need to do next. As head of the private client department at Lanyon Bowdler his particular expertise is in Private Client law. This means Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Estate Planning, Inheritance Tax Planning and Care Fee planning. Anything else, he will listen and then pass you on to the right person for that subject.
